The winery offers classic vinification techniques such as barrel aging, extended maceration, and natural fermentation to bring out the flavors in their select wines. Of special note is Lockport’s own ‘Clocktower Red’ which includes a blend of premium Zinfandel, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes locally sourced from the Niagara region, developed exclusively by the winery’s wine experts. To match the ambiance of its historic venue, Lockport Urban Winery’s event spaces and seating areas boast an eclectic mix of rustic furniture pieces and antique lighting.
